We want you loving your MYST sprays. If something's not right, we've got a simple process to make it easy.
30-Day Return Window
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/labels intact (sprays unopened if possible—safety first).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.
How to Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions (include original packaging if possible).
- Ship it back to us (use trackable shipping—we recommend insuring high-value items).
- Once we receive and inspect it (usually 3–7 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds go to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, like wrong item shipped).
- Return shipping is on you unless the item is damaged/defective on arrival—in that case, we'll cover it or send a prepaid label.
Exceptions
- Sale/discounted items are final sale (no returns/exchanges).
- Opened sprays can't be returned for hygiene reasons (but contact us if there's a quality issue—we'll sort it).
- Bundles: Partial returns may adjust pricing/refunds based on bundle discount.
Damaged or wrong item? Send photos to us within 7 days of delivery—we'll replace it free or refund you.
