At MYST, we get your gear back in the game fast. We ship from the USA to keep things quick and reliable.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM EST are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Orders on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
- We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (USA only for now)
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
- Standard shipping (under $35): $6.99 (3–7 business days).
- We use USPS or UPS for reliable delivery.
International shipping coming soon—reach out if you're outside the US!
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number. We'll track it down and make it right (replacement or refund if needed).
We don't ship to P.O. boxes—use a physical address. Customs/duties for international orders are your responsibility.
